Practical information

You can find all relevant information on timeto !

  • What is the Health Prevention Pass (PPS)?

Since January 15, 2026, the PPS issued by the FFA costs €5 and is valid for 1 year.

You simply complete an online pathway that includes:

  • Awareness of risk situations
  • Guidance to consult a doctor if risks are identified
  • A reminder of the importance of first-aid training
  • Access to health-related running resources

Once validated, you can enter your PPS number directly on your Time To dashboard.

  • How do I upload and validate my document?

Enter your FFA license number or PPS number directly on your Time To dashboard under “Manage my registration”.
No paper document is required — validation is done online.

⚠️ Documents must be uploaded no later than 7 days before the race.

To help you get ready for the weekend, we’ve put together a handy checklist so you don’t forget a thing!

In my bag, there is:

  • Running shoes ready to give it all and comfortable on any terrain
  • Several outfits (day/night, rain/sun - basically, we plan ahead so nothing catches us off guard)
  • A sleeping bag and rest gear: everything you need to chill comfortably
  • A headlamp or chest light (essential to see where you’re stepping once night falls)
  • A water bottle or soft flask to stay hydrated like a pro
  • Sun or rain protection, depending on the weather’s mood
  • A few blister plasters (second-skin style), because it would be a shame to leave your team short-handed over a tiny blister

Optional gear — but total game changers:

  • A Mölkky set, pétanque balls, or cards for downtime
  • A sun umbrella, because shade is life (okay, we’re exaggerating a bit — but you get the idea)
  • A pair of flip-flops or sandals to give the real heroes a break: your feet
  • Power banks and charging cables
  • …and any other brilliant idea you consider essential
